This role will offer the opportunity to play a direct role in improving patient outcomes by driving adherence to therapy, while working within a structured, team-oriented environment that supports growth and advancement.


Job Summary


Sleep Therapy Coach is responsible for monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy, supporting patients through education and outreach, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements. This role serves as a critical link between patients, providers, and DME teams, helping patients successfully navigate therapy while meeting key compliance milestones within required timeframes.


Key Responsibilities

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor PAP therapy usage through cloud-based platforms and identify patients at risk of non-compliance.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Conduct proactive outbound outreach to patients to improve adherence, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Educate patients on proper device use, mask fit, and the importance of therapy compliance for long-term health outcomes.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Troubleshoot common barriers to adherence, including discomfort, dryness, or pressure intolerance.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate follow-up appointments and required compliance visits within payer-defined timelines.
