The Live In Residential Superintendent typically manages residential properties on-site, handling tenant issues, repairs, and building maintenance. Live-in residential superintendents are individuals responsible for the daily maintenance and management of apartment buildings or residential complexes where they also reside. Their duties typically include responding to tenant repair requests, overseeing building systems, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained. Being on-site allows superintendents to address emergencies quickly and provide direct support to residents. They often serve as the primary point of contact between tenants and property management.
