What You'll Work OnThe Sr.ManagerCommercial Excellenceis responsible for:
  • Leading, developing and coaching a team of commercial excellence professionals
  • Demand planning & sales forecasting
  • Quota setting and tracking
  • Territoryoptimizing,design and planning
  • Continuous analysisof the businessand tracking of KPIs
  • Working cross functionallywith marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Force Effectivenessand Reporting Tools: Identify industry-leading tools and practices to optimize the effectiveness of the sales organization; Develop and implement tools that support account profiling management, pipeline of opportunities, win and loss tracking, and data reporting; Define segmentation and targeting concepts to guide commercial execution; Manage sales territory alignment geographically; and liaise with IT and vendors to identify tools to provide visibility to the productivity of the sales organization.
  • Business Analysis and KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain a cadence of reporting for the US Commercial Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team including meaningful insights to drive commercial action. Automate reporting through Power BI.
  • Drive business review cadence for the US Commercial Organization that is consistent, replicable, and provides sales leadership a clear view of performance vs. expectation.
  • Manage a cadence and lead a process to capture commercial inputs on product demand. Drive informed cross-functional decision-making, informing pricing, supply chain, manufacturing,marketing, service, and finance on key metrics that ensure alignment for successful launches.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance,computer ordata science,engineeringor healthcare related field
  • Experience: Minimum10yearswork experience in sales, marketing,financeor commercialexcellenceor a combination of work experience and advanced degreeeducation.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity with B2Bsalesand commercial pipeline managementpreferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams.

The base pay for this position is

$129,300.00 - $258,700.00
