The Dishwasher role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment and work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Properly handle trash, recycling and cleaning supplies
• Support BOH team with cleaning and restocking

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen or dining environment
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Food service certified within 30 days of hire
• Minimum age requirement of 17 years old
