To thrive as a Live In Nurse, you need comprehensive clinical skills, patient care expertise, and a valid nursing license, often supported by experience in home healthcare. Familiarity with home medical equipment, electronic health records, and specialized certifications like Basic Life Support (BLS) are typically required.
