Now Hiring: Hybrid Hospitality & Field Inspector (Port St. Joe / Forgotten Coast)

Panhandle Getaways is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented local to join our team in Port St. Joe! This isn't your typical desk job. You'll spend part of your week providing top-tier service at our vintage gem, The Pink Flamingo, and the rest of your week cruising the beautiful Forgotten Coast to ensure our vacation homes are in pristine condition.

As a Top 50 Property Management Company in the World with a 4.7-star Google rating, we set the bar high. We need someone who is as comfortable welcoming guests as they are inspecting a luxury beach house.

The Role: A Dynamic 5-Day Week
  • Front Desk (2 Days/Week): Based at The Pink Flamingo. You'll be the face of this cute, vintage motelhandling check-ins, guest requests, and spreading that local Port St. Joe charm.
  • Field Inspections (3 Days/Week): You'll hit the road! You will be responsible for inspecting our portfolio of homes up and down the Forgotten Coast. You'll ensure every property meets our elite standards before guests arrive.
Shift Details & Requirements
  • Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm 2 days a week. Other days, 9 am - 6 pm.
  • Immediate Start: We are looking to fill this position right away.
  • Local Only: Applicants must reside in the local area.
  • Experience: Knowledge of the short-term vacation rental (STR) industry is required.
  • Personality: Must be outgoing, professional, and obsessed with excellent customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a "sharp eye" to ensure our homes and motel are perfect for every arrival.
