  • Install, remove, and/or modify highway guardrail systems, barriers, fence or other similar products in a safe and efficient manner.

โ€ข Must be at least 18 years of age
โ€ข High school diploma or GED
โ€ข Must be authorized to work in the USA
โ€ข Valid driver's license with good driving record
โ€ข Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and perform basic math skills
โ€ข Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening along with motor vehicle record
โ€ข Ability to perform strenuous physical work consistently throughout the day sometimes in adverse weather conditions

*Our work is performed in various outdoor locations throughout the state of Colorado, so applicants must be willing and able to live in company-provided motel accommodations during the work week and work in varying weather conditions.

Employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic and are successful at other key employee measures will have the opportunity to attend truck driver training school in order to advance to driver, operator, and foreman positions within RoadGuard.

Compensation: Starting hourly rate of $20 - $22/hour paid weekly. We also offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 401(k) plan and uniforms per eligibility schedule.
