Our healthcare practice seeks to transform the delivery of care, modernize the industry, and enhance our clients' business and operational models.

Deloitte Consulting can help clients address these and other challenges in today's complex healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.

- 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and small teams on multi-disciplinary revenue cycle projects.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of consulting experience delivering Epic-enabled revenue cycle transformations spanning Patient Access, Health Information Management (HIM)/coding, and Patient Financial Services (PFS).
- 2+ years of experience improving revenue cycle KPIs, such as registration accuracy, authorization turnaround time, point-of-service collections, clean claim rate, first pass yield, and days in AR.
- Experience with Epic HB/Professional Resolute Billing and claim edit workqueues; familiarity with charge integrity and denial prevention.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL) or dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with hospital and physician patient accounting or billing systems such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Soarian.
