Job description

THAT Brewery & Pub in Pine, AZ is looking for a Cook to join our team.

Experience preferred but willing to train.

Fridays-Tuesdays (Wed-Thur off each week).

Full-time & Part-time available.

There may be rental housing available.

Hourly rate plus tips.

We are located in Pine AZ at 3270 N. Hwy 87.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Set up workstations
  • Cook dishes to business standards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Prepare food
  • Prepare ingredients for use during shift
  • Smoking meats
  • Follow recipes
  • Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations
  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice, smoke
  • Label stock and inventory ingredients
  • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Some dishwashing
  • Team player - doing whatever needs to be done

Qualifications

  • Working experience as a cook a plus (but willing to train)
  • Meat smoking experience a plus (but willing to train)
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Reading & basic math required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • Weekends a must
