Job description

Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining a commercial property portfolio. This role offers consistent full-time hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment
  • Service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
  • Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and paint
  • Evaluate maintenance operations and make recommendations for upgrades or cost-saving measures
  • Safely operate tools and equipment used in facility maintenance
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and service requests
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and preventive maintenance needs
  • Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms and related equipment
