Position Overview

As our Show Coordinator/Event Manager, you will be the face of Bath Planet in the field. You will own the full lifecycle of home shows, community events, and other marketing activations across Eastern WA, Central WA, and Northern Idaho. You will work closely with our Call Center Manager to maximize lead flow and conversion while keeping a strong, professional presence at every event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking & Scheduling: Secure prime booth space at home shows, fairs, expos, and community events throughout the territory.
  • Event Execution: Oversee and personally facilitate professional set-up, tear-down, and daily operations of show booths and displays.
  • Working the Shows: Actively engage with attendees, generate high-quality leads, and represent the Bath Planet brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Additional Events: Plan and run pop-up events, grand openings, home expos, and other promotional activities.

  • Self-Management: Proactively fill downtime with productive tasks including lead follow-up, territory research, marketing support, inventory management, and continuous improvement of event processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in event coordination, trade shows, sales, or marketing activation (home improvement industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when shows and events are scheduled.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Central/Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
  • Self-starter who can stay productive and motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Aggressive performance bonus structure tied to lead quality, event ROI, and sales generated.
  • Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Paid training.
