Job description

Join the team that brings world-class events to life. The Event Production (EP) team is looking for a dynamic Event Producer who thrives on delivering high quality, high-impact experiences for customers at every scale.

The Event Producer provides customer-centric event production services and overall event support at the highest level possible, for the Event Production (EP) team and its customers. Successful team members will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate events environment, have strong organizational skills, ability to work across multiple teams and cultures, demonstrate impeccable customer service, and be energetically driven to meet the needs of customers and the team.
Key job responsibilities
-Produce and support live events from planning
through execution and post-event wrap
-Handle event costs and quotes; educate customers on event cost and scope
-Report data for Weekly Business Review
-Support events in Seattle and Bellevue locations to support dedicated staff.
-80% travel in Seattle and Bellevue locations
Coordinate vendor estimates, labor costs, and technical resource scheduling
-Lead customer planning meetings, walk-throughs, and technical rehearsals
-Optimize audio, video, lighting, and staging needs for the customer
-Manage event agendas, run of show, media playback, and presentation methods
-Support producer operations at different than dedicated location
-Identify blockers, troubleshoot effectively, and facilitate progress
-Supports producer process improvements
A day in the life
No two days are the same on the Event Production team and that's what makes this role exciting.
The producer process starts well before show day

A minimum of six weeks ahead, you're already engaged in the pre-production process: evaluating bookings, holding customer and planning meetings, and maintaining clear communication with the customer and engineers leading up to set and show day.
On non-show days, you're focused on pre-planning: coordinating logistics, aligning with vendors, building run-of-show documents, managing cost estimates, and ensuring every detail is accounted for before your crew arrives onsite.
On show days, you're in the thick of it: supporting set with your crew, managing rehearsals, and driving show execution from start to finish. You're the point of contact for your customer, ensuring everything runs smoothly and adapting on the fly when things change.
After the event wraps, you shift into reporting mode: capturing event data, finalizing vendor costs, and contributing to Weekly Business Review reporting to keep leadership informed and the team aligned.
Pre-event:
-Assists and leads customer planning meetings and walk-throughs
-Event script preparation and distribution to production engineers
-Coordinates vendor estimates and labor costs
-Coordinates technical resource scheduling for equipment and labor
-Coordinates any necessary technical testing or technical rehearsals
-Able to support media playback and presentation methods
-Clearly communicates with all team members and stakeholders
-Coordinates personal travel arrangements, schedules, and expenses
Event execution:
-Dedicated onsite support for assigned customers
-Coordination of technical services for assigned events and relevant facility operations
-Optimizes audio, video, lighting and staging for the best quality attainable
-Supports greater Producer team with occasional show calling and onsite operations
-Dynamically flex to customer needs and adapt to complications
Post-event:
-Supports proper strike of event venue
Assists with post-event reporting
-Assists with any post-event customer needs
-Coordinates any post-event expenditures
