Mazda of Claremont is expanding and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Advisors to join our winning team. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and set sales appointments

  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates

  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and product information

  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs

  • Follow up with leads that are not appointment-ready or who have no-showed

  • Maintain accurate daily activity in the CRM system

  • Participate in team meetings and process development sessions

  • Work collaboratively with sales teams and dealership leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service experience (AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS PREFERRED)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Positive, hardworking, and professional attitude

  • Prompt, courteous, and dependable

  • Comfortable with computers and CRM systems

  • Team-oriented with a desire to learn and improve
