Basic Functions of the LIVE Stagehand include:

  • Assist in the set up and configuration of all systems with regards to Audio, Video and Lighting
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, instantly pinpointing faults and remedies during an event under Audio, Video and Lighting
  • Support, maintain and administer key applications and hardware

Required Compentencis:

  • Knowledge of L'Acoustics KUDO line array and BSS Omnidrive speaker management
  • Audio consoles, FOH, Monitor consoles (Digital and Analog)
  • Routing and interfacing throughout venue
  • Knowledge of all Mics, types, kinds and methods of operation
  • Video knowledge of TV One Mixer, Panasonic MX-50 mixer
  • Projector systems: Front, Rear, with VGA, DVI, RGBHV connections
  • Video systems and formats, BETA, DVD, DVCAM, DV
  • Switchers/Scalers/Converters: Data/Video switchers and scalers, Matrix
  • Knowledge of lighting desk, programming of moving light fixtures
  • Conventional and intelligent lighting

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the entire Hard Rock team, clients and guests
  • Perform daily preshow walkthroughs to ensure the venue is organized, clean and safe
  • Assures the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
