This leader will set the vision and lead execution of a best-in-class live event presentation strategy that enhances fan engagement, strengthens brand identity, and drives business growth. The role owns the end-to-end live experience, from creative direction and production to innovation and monetization.

Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, this position partners across the organization to ensure the live event experience is a differentiated competitive advantage for PBR.

  • Ensure a cohesive, high-impact fan experience across all events and markets.
  • Oversee the delivery of all live events, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Set the standard for run-of-show, pacing, and signature moments that define the PBR brand.
  • Lead or oversee production for high-profile events.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across event presentation, production, and technical disciplines.
  • Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence in a live-event environment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Ticketing, Broadcast, Digital, and Operations to align the live experience with enterprise priorities.
  • Integrate sponsorships and campaigns in ways that elevate-not disrupt-the fan experience.
  • Continuously evolve the experience through new technologies, formats, and fan engagement strategies.
  • Identify and develop new in-event revenue opportunities and premium experiences.
  • Own budgets, vendor strategy, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, scalable execution.
  • Balance creative ambition with operational discipline and business impact.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Strong understanding of live event production, including show flow, timing, and in-venue execution within sports or entertainment.
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality live events in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events and priorities while maintaining consistency.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making, especially when navigating real-time challenges during live events.
  • Clear and effective communication, with the ability to collaborate across production, operations, broadcast, and leadership teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution quality.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and prioritizing in a dynamic, live-event environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Production, Marketing, Sports Management) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in live event production, sports, broadcast, or experiential environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact live productions.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong creative and strategic leadership with an operational mindset.
