About the Opportunity

A leading global technology organization is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team in Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, collaborative legal department that partners closely with attorneys, business leaders, and sourcing professionals across the organization.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to both employment litigation support and commercial contracting, working on meaningful legal matters while helping drive efficient legal operations across a global business. What You'll Be DoingLitigation Support
  • Partner with attorneys to support employment-related litigation matters and internal legal investigations.
  • Manage legal hold processes, document retention, and legal file organization.
  • Assist with e-discovery activities, including collection, preservation, tracking, and organization of relevant materials.
  • Help manage litigation workflows and ensure legal deadlines are met.
Commercial Contracting
  • Draft and revise a variety of commercial agreements under attorney supervision, including:
    • Statements of Work (SOWs)
    • Professional Services Agreements
    • Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements
    • Proof of Concept Agreements
    • Transportation Services Agreements
    • Master Purchasing Agreements
Legal Operations & Team Support
  • Support attorneys, paralegals, and sourcing professionals with a variety of legal and administrative projects.
  • Maintain organized legal records, contract repositories, and case documentation.
  • Coordinate across business teams and legal stakeholders to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance legal team effectiveness and scalability.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Professional supporting litigation matters.
  • Experience working in either a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Hands-on experience supporting e-discovery initiatives.
  • Strong document management, legal records management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience drafting or reviewing contracts and legal documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting employment law matters.
  • Familiarity with commercial contracting and vendor agreements.
  • Experience working within a technology, corporate, or fast-growing business environment.
  • Experience with e-discovery tools such as Hanzo.
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms including Slack, Coupa, and Google Workspace.
  • Paralegal certificate or related legal education.

Pay and Benefits
