Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Seattle, Washington Schedule: Full-time, On-site Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr. Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing plaintiff-side litigation firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its expanding Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team focused exclusively on high-volume wage and hour class action litigation representing large groups of employees in complex cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. The firm is continuing its expansion throughout the Pacific Northwest and offers the opportunity to join a growing office while collaborating with experienced attorneys and legal professionals across multiple locations. The organization is known for its ethical approach, client-focused representation, strong work-life balance, and long-term commitment to growth. Responsibilities:
  • Support plaintiff-side wage and hour class action litigation from inception through resolution
  • Draft, prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, affidavits, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and summarize statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal authorities
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, pleadings, deposition materials, and evidence
  • Coordinate document management and maintain litigation databases
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and court appearances
  • Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summaries
  • Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of filings and litigation tasks
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff on a high-volume caseload
  • Assist with additional litigation projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Experience with employment law or class action litigation is preferred, but candidates with strong civil litigation experience are encouraged to apply
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
