Litigation | 4+ Years Experience
Offit Kurman is seeking a Litigation Associate or Counsel to join our Wilmington office and support a dynamic, multi-practice litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and wants to contribute to a collaborative, growing platform.
About the Role:
This attorney will play a key role in supporting our team across Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, and Construction matters. The position is highly substantive and offers meaningful courtroom and case management experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Manage discovery and take/defend depositions
  • Appear in court for hearings and conferences
  • Work closely with partners across multiple practice groups

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong experience with motions practice, court appearances, and depositions
  • Barred in Delaware (PA bar is a plus)
  • Ability to work in-office in Wilmington, DE
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
