About the Role

We are seeking anelitePre-litigationPersonal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience,3+ yearsofexperience leading a team,and a proventrack recordof successful pre-litigation case management to join our rapidly growing firm!This role is for an attorney who loves strategy, leverage, and negotiation - someone who understands that great cases are won long before they ever see a courtroom.If you are the kind of attorney who refuses to accept weak settlementoffers,operatesas a sponge to learn new ways,builds airtight demand packages, and pushes adjusters until the real value shows up on the table, you will thrive here!

We providesupport, systems, and staff so our attorneys can focus on strategy, negotiation, and results!

Preferred Qualification:Fully bilingual in Spanish
