Note: Applicants must have 3+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking paralegals whose primary focus has been patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure while supporting other practice areas.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys through all phases of complex patent litigation.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
  • Prepare and file court documents in federal courts.
  • Coordinate document collection, review, and production.
  • Assist with fact discovery, expert discovery, and deposition preparation.
  • Organize exhibits and trial materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
  • Assist with trial preparation and case management from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct patent litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong understanding of federal court litigation procedures.
  • Experience managing complex litigation case files.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Trial preparation experience is a plus.
  • PTAB experience is a plus but not required.
