Our client's litigation practice provides clients with resourceful approaches, experienced advocacy, and substantive expertise. Guided by a strong understanding of our clients' core objectives, we combine a winning attitude and an aggressive drive to yield favorable and efficient results. Our litigators partner across several disciplines to advise on key legal and industry matters that impact resolution and ultimately meet business goals. Our pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate efforts are designed to solve clients' problems through a collaborative, resultsโ€‘driven approach.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join our highโ€‘profile litigation team. Candidates should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and should be experienced in legal research, briefโ€‘writing, running document production, and discovery. We're looking for a key team player who will support the growth of the practice, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in other client development activities.

Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at the firm. Therefore, the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published hybrid guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABAโ€‘accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to the relevant state bar for the office location.
  • 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including state and federal courts; experience in consumer class action law is preferred; judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities.
  • Ability to stay organized, exercise extreme attention to detail, and work effectively in collaborative team settings.
