What You'll Do

As a key member of our litigation team, you will:

  • Manage a variety of business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
  • Develop litigation strategies and partner with clients to achieve practical business-focused outcomes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other substantive legal documents.
  • Conduct legal and factual research and prepare persuasive analyses to support litigation strategy and client counseling.
  • Oversee discovery efforts, including e-discovery, document review, depositions, subpoena enforcement, and case management.
  • Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Advise clients on disputes involving corporate transactions, M&A, real estate, employment, and insurance coverage matters.
  • Evaluate litigation risk, settlement opportunities, and potential exposure while providing strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission or eligibility for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling business, commercial, or corporate litigation matters.
  • Exposure to disputes involving M&A, corporate governance, real estate, employment, or insurance coverage issues.
  • Deposition, mediation, arbitration, or trial experience.
  • Familiarity with state and federal court litigation.
  • Experience using litigation technology and e-discovery platforms.
