Below are the job details for your reference: Job Title: Global Brand Manager II Location: 20 N Wacker Dr, Ste 4220, Chicago, IL 60606 Duration: 06+ Month Pay Rate: $58/hr Position Overview: Potential extension or to hire Hybrid role - must be local to Chicago, IL. Will work remotely and on-site 2 days per week. Delivers sustainable business results by leveraging Market Segment Foundations to identify & align KCP's priority market segments.

Synthesizing data and prioritizing all insights and socializing the ones with scale. Manages, plans, designs, develops, and implements organization's marketing plan for assigned product by establishing effective selling strategies. Provides territory analysis of competition and potential to Sales and Marketing management.

Duties: SKU Vetting/Systems Work • Bi-weekly meeting with cross-functional team. Ongoing creation of skus in systems • Amazon code, Canada Bill 96 codes • Review of current product SKU portfolio to determine proactive delists needed based on low distribution/margin/business impact SKUs A&CP Budget • Monthly meetings with A&CP Finance (Mid-Month, Pre-Month End & Month-End) • Monthly meeting with Packaging/I&A/S&I leads to understand changes to in-year project needs on A&CP budget • Ongoing: PO approvals, budget tracking, mixer tracking Dry Claims Management/ ETQ systems management • Biweekly meetings across Dry/FW with cross-functional team to discuss existing claims updates or new claims creation • Ongoing: managing claims in ETQ 2025 Dry Packaging Graphics • Quarterly CP QBRs to review last quarter program performance to evaluate ongoing optimizations needed • Ad hoc meetings with Digital Incentives team (Alyssa Hach) to discuss quarterly DNC/Ibotta plans & ongoing test n' learns • Ongoing: Review/approval of DNC/Ibotta proposals; provide CP team with needed SKU lists and pack assets for launch; review/optimize performance with test n' learns Email CRM • Participate in Biweekly meetings with ListEngage (deployment agency) to review active email work streams and tickets • Participate Biweekly meetings with (KC internal email strategist) to review strategy and ongoing optimizations needed to adhoc and email journeys • Ongoing meetings with FCB (email creative agency) to review/approve upcoming adhoc email creative • Organic Social & Influencer • Weekly meetings with MBH to discuss current/next month social post strategy, influencer strategy & community management opportunities • Ongoing: review/approvals of upcoming social content calendar; provide MBH with needed assets and/or products for production & influencer outreach Website • Weekly meetings with KC Web team to discuss active tickets on Cottonelle website • Ongoing: adhoc discussions with KC One & Publicis SEO team on optimizations needed Ratings & Reviews/Complaints Reporting
