The System Administrator will support our IT infrastructure across multiple sites and provide technical leadership to help build out a World‑Class secured organization.

As a successful System Administrator, you will:

  • Administrator the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware & software systems for clients
  • Provide advanced level IT troubleshooting
  • Configure, maintain, and support internal/cloud applications, servers & end‑user devices
  • Development of secure IT environment with cyber security & development teams
  • Work with software & hardware vendors
  • Work with team members to identify new opportunities for clients to improve their business with technology.
  • Assist with client onboarding, projects, documentation, & testing client environments
  • Accept directions from leadership, department leaders and executive teams as needed
  • Understanding of emerging technologies within the business & technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience required
  • 5-10 years of relevant windows system administration experience
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, & MS 0365
  • Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Ubuntu, & Azure
  • Knowledge of operating systems & network protocols
  • Understanding of SQL databases, service desk systems, & secured third‑party applications
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture (Azure), Artificial Intelligence, & DevOps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to translate technical terms to customers
