Location: Saline, MI – Local Candidates Only
Rate: $55–$60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a CAE HPC System Administrator with 7+ years of Linux administration experience and hands-on experience supporting HPC environments and CAE workloads. The ideal candidate will manage HPC clusters, job schedulers, CAE applications, licensing, automation, and infrastructure performance.

Must-Have Skills
  • 7+ years of Linux/RHEL System Administration
  • Hands-on HPC cluster administration
  • Experience with LSF, PBS/OpenPBS, Slurm, or similar schedulers
  • CAE application support with Ansys, LS-DYNA, Nastran, or similar
  • FlexLM/FlexNet or RLM licensing
  • Strong Bash/Shell scripting and automation
  • Experience with OS deployment, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of servers, storage, and networking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
  • InfiniBand / high-speed networking
  • PXE provisioning and configuration management
  • PHP/web-based tools or dashboards
  • HPC performance tuning and capacity planning
