Position Summary

As a PM Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and executing evening service. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Harvest’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift.
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, prep, and storage tasks as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
