Position Summary: The Field Sales Manager will work to achieve regional sales goals, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. They will oversee territory management and develop and implement sales strategies. Working closely with the sales leadership team, they will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction across their designated region.
Position Duties: -Foster, maintain, and drive business through key customer relationships with all territory accounts and their sales management and sales forces.
-Analyze new market potential and long-term growth for key new accounts
-Work with National Fleet Manager to develop and roll out territory fleet plans and targets
-Develop and roll out business plans for key accounts identified each year by Regional Manager - Heavy Duty
-Implement promotions to help grow key account sales
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business marketing or other applicable area is preferred, but proven industry success/experience will be accepted. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
