About This Role
  • Offer expert advice to homeowners and professionals on lighting solutions for residential or commercial spaces.

Conduct sales calls with new customer prospects, including builders, architects, and contractors.

  • Prioritize maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional lighting and hardware design solutions.

Demonstrate a range of lighting options to customers, ensuring they make informed product selections.

  • Provide seamless customer experiences through prompt communication, timely delivery, and efficient coordination with installation contractors.

Collaborate with colleagues to support customers and drive sales growth.


What You'll Do
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and technological advancements in lighting, architectural hardware, and plumbing products.

Expertly manage lighting and hardware projects, including collaborating with customers' designers, contractors, and architects.

  • Enhance residential and commercial spaces with thoughtful hardware and lighting selections.

Utilize computer systems to process sales orders, updates, shipments, and completions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working as a cohesive team member, exceeding expectations, and providing exceptional service.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve results.

Requirements
