We're looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our Connected System Business, in Peachtree City, GA (Onsite/ Hybrid).
Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
In this role you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external stakeholders by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and working cross functionally with marketing and engineering to develop solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.planning.
  • Provide controls technical support to key stakeholders both internally & externally by answering incoming telephony calls and emails while maintaining minimal queue backlog
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions and provide replacement part ordering information while effectively guiding/educating installers and operators through lighting programming of lighting control systems
  • Perform hands-on mock-ups of product configurations to identify root cause; maintain knowledgebase content for digital self-service tools
  • Work cross functionally with marketing & engineering to develop solutions and update product artifacts; Document processes & procedures and create repeatable standard work

More about you

  • Associate's degree with relevant experience; Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience in technical support coordination, preferably within the lighting and controls industry.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $ 31.43 - 41.91 Hourly (based on experience level)
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 2.5%
