Childrens Lighthouse Parker is looking for a warm, energetic, and highly organized Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team! This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, helping families, and creating an exceptional experience from the very first tour through enrollment and beyond.
What Youll Do
  • Greet and assist prospective and current families
  • Lead tours and help families through the enrollment process
  • Answer phones, emails, and parent inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support family retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Maintain student records and enrollment documentation
  • Assist with marketing, community outreach, and events
