This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, helping families, and creating an exceptional experience from the very first tour through enrollment and beyond.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist prospective and current families
  • Lead tours and help families through the enrollment process
  • Answer phones, emails, and parent inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support family retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Maintain student records and enrollment documentation
  • Assist with marketing, community outreach, and events
