RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Lighthouse Customer Engagement Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA. The client's Lighthouse program is rooted in our deep and unwavering commitment to customer obsession. Through Lighthouse, we turn customers into passionate advocates by relentlessly removing friction, elevating their experiences, and delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Summary:
While your primary focus will be driving customer success and deep engagement, you will also take on broader initiatives and special projects. You will help design and scale programs, influence cross-functional strategies, and drive impact across the organization. This is not a traditional account management role-it is a dynamic leadership opportunity for someone energized by building, innovating, and creating meaningful customer impact at scale.
Responsibilities:
* Build, own, and deepen relationships with key Lighthouse customers, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner
* Advocate internally to remove friction, address challenges, and influence product and experience improvements
* Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies aligned to customer goals and business priorities
* Operate with agility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Step beyond defined responsibilities to support high-impact customer initiatives and strategic projects
* Navigate across a complex organization to drive alignment and deliver outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
