Job description

  • Greets all visitors, gives tours and assists as needed.

  • Maintains records of resident sign in and sign out.

  • Answer the telephone in a polite and courteous manner. Forwards calls, takes messages and delivers those messages to appropriate personnel.

  • Completes direct inquiry sheets on prospects.

  • Monitors resident activity and alerts staff when assistance is necessary to assure residents safety.

  • Monitors community guests & visitors entrance/exit in accordance with community policy and procedure.

  • Maintains request lists for maintenance, dietary and nursing in appropriate manner.

  • Maintain security of equipment within the business office.

  • Performs light office work as assigned.

  • Assures that the lobby area, reception area and entry area is kept clean, neat and orderly.

  • Notifies appropriate staff of unsafe situations within the building or grounds.

  • Notify the Administrator of any resident emergency or hospital transport.

  • Works with other staff to maintain continuous coverage of front desk, telephone answering, taking and delivering messages.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned by any member of management.

  • General upkeeps of spreadsheets.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Free of non-treated communicable disease.

  2. Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification

Physical Demands:
