What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, your primary goal is to help our clients maintain their independence. Your daily routine will involve:
  • Daily Living Support: Assisting with cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
  • Care Coordination: Managing the needs of multiple clients and maintaining professional, detailed care notes via our mobile app.
  • Advocacy: Ensuring client safety by immediately reporting any suspected incidents of abuse or neglect to supervisors.
  • Transportation: Helping clients get to appointments or run essential errands as ordered and approved.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to cover and pick up additional shifts in surrounding counties, including short notice requests

Requirements & Qualifications
To ensure the highest level of care for our clients, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Reliability: Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date liability insurance.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
  • Clearance: Must pass a criminal background check (including the Nurse's Aide Registry) and a drug screen.
  • Health: Provide a negative TB test and undergo annual screenings.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping.
  • Must be willing to cover Green, Taylor, and Adair counties.

Working Environment
  • Variety: Every day is different! You will work in various home environments, ranging from urban settings to remote or rural areas.
  • Adaptability: Conditions vary by home; we look for caregivers who can navigate different environments with a positive, professional attitude.
