Position Overview

Lifeline Community Care is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while supporting clients within a school-based facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients facing major mental health issues and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment plans align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify client challenges and collaborate with care teams to develop personalized care plans that foster resilience and empowerment.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and support services, responding promptly to urgent situations to enhance safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and manage a caseload, ensuring that clients receive appropriate interventions while documenting all interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in professional development and inter-departmental committees aimed at improving service delivery and implementing best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working primarily with students and families from diverse backgrounds in the San Antonio area. Many clients will come from underserved communities, facing challenges such as socioeconomic barriers, trauma, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders. Our LCSW will strive to establish trust and rapport with each client, providing culturally competent care that recognizes the unique strengths and needs of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a similar healthcare or community setting.
  • Strong understanding of mental health assessment techniques, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings or with children and adolescents.
  • Familiarity with integrated healthcare models and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
