• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique goals and diagnoses of clients, working in close collaboration with the treatment team.
• Facilitate group sessions that promote engagement and community support, offering psychoeducation classes and support groups for clients.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary, providing risk assessments and safety planning tailored to the needs of individuals in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and foster collaborative approaches to care.

Your primary focus will be individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of California.
