Regional Managing Director - Remote Work Join BairesDev, a leading technology solutions provider, as a Regional Managing Director (Remote). You will lead a high‐performing team and build lasting relationships with top‐tier clients across the United States. What You'll Do Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.

Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large‐scale projects. Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.

Work closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev's solutions with business objectives. What We're Looking For 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level. 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.

Strong background in the IT or technology services industry. Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth. Must be located in the US.
