Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to design and iterate on solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze user feedback, behavior, and analytics to inform design decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to understand user needs and pain points.

UI/UX Design: Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
