Job description

What You'll Do
The Graphic Designer develops and executes brand-consistent creative content across both digital and print platforms, including emails, web design, social media, signage, brand marketing materials, and creative concepts. This role contributes to a wide range of marketing, merchandising, and communication initiatives, producing visual assets that align with RGB's brand identity and evolving creative standards.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams, the Graphic Designer creates compelling B2B and B2C materials that are on strategy, visually engaging, and adhere to established brand guidelines. Under the guidance of the Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer manages workload, prioritizes projects based on deadlines and business needs, and ensures all deliverables meet quality standards while optimizing workflow and process execution.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Concept and design visually compelling marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including emails, web banners, social media graphics, signage, presentation decks, and collateral.
  • Prepare artwork with accurate layout, composition, and formatting in compliance with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform standards.
  • Develop and execute creative content for social media, e-commerce, and internal communications aligned with brand aesthetics and objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative touchpoints.
  • Produce and support creative presentations for internal review.
  • Perform image editing, including photo retouching, resizing, formatting, and quality control.
  • Work within established timelines, track progress, manage revisions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support pre- and post-production needs such as file setup, version control, uploads, and asset organization.
  • Maintain creative operations, including digital asset libraries and project files.
  • Ensure quality standards and expectations are met through clear communication and revision management.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, copywriting, photography, merchandising, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Work with in-house designers and external freelancers as needed.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors; review proofs, print samples, and final deliverables.
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to fashion, digital media, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain proficiency in industry-standard design software and platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel for campaign execution, photoshoots, or vendor collaboration as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the business and creative services team.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA or related 4-year design degree (emphasis in graphic/interactive design).
  • 3-5 years of agency or in-house experience with interactive and print retail brands; fashion experience preferred.
  • Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar tools preferred.
  • Comfortable with both print and interactive design.
  • Clean, modern design sensibility with the ability to apply strong problem-solving skills to design challenges.
  • Photography and video editing capabilities a plus.
  • Packaging design experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Photoshop) with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and maintain multiple design development schedules and strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
