A large nonprofit healthcare system in the Midwest seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join its Janesville-based team. With the clinic and OR located under one roof, you'll benefit from a seamless, efficient workflow. Connect with us today to learn more.

Opportunity Highlights

Earn a base salary of $599,000-$750,000 plus a potential $100,000 production bonus

The incoming Urologist will enjoy a generous 12 weeks of PTO with additional paid caregiver and parental leave

Live near Lake Michigan with easy access to Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago

Support H1b or J1 visa sponsorship with a preference for candidates available before 2026

Operate with advanced robotic surgical technology in a state-of-the-art setting

Choose a flexible schedule with 4-5 clinic or OR days based on your preference

Join an established, growing team with 1 full-time physician, 1 NP, and locum support

Perform 15-20 clinic visits per day and 4-7 surgical cases per OR day

Access dedicated support from nurses, MAs, and an APP for inpatient and outpatient care

Practice in a modern facility with both clinic and OR housed in the same location

Practice at an accredited Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
