Job description

The Library Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping library operations running smoothly.  This position supports financial, administrative, cataloging, and helping the library provide excellent service to the community.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with numbers, records, and library materials.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of library experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheet programs, and library management systems.
