Priority Power Management is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across the organization. In this role, you will own the marketing function's day-to-day operations and long-range planning, driving brand visibility, commercial enablement, and demand generation in the power management and energy sector.


This is a high-impact role for a strategic, self-directed marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Operations, HR, Safety, and other internal teams to ensure marketing delivers measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Marketing to develop and own the annual marketing roadmap, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company growth objectives and delivered on schedule.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs that span brand awareness, thought leadership, commercial enablement, and client retention.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, ROMI, and key KPIs; use data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate marketing impact.


Commercial & Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Commercial teams to develop high-quality presentations and proposals, synthesizing technical content into client-ready materials.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of sales decks, pitch materials, and capability overviews that empower the commercial team to win and retain business.
  • Build a library of win stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable impact for clients across market segments.
  • Contribute to commercial dashboards tracking pipeline, campaign attribution, and ROMI in coordination with Sales and Operations.


Brand & Content

  • Own brand integrity across all materials, channels, and touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand standards and a company voice.
  • Develop compelling content including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, social posts, email campaigns, and other collaterals that showcase Priority Power's expertise.
  • Maintain and evolve the content calendar; lead editorial planning and publishing across all channels.
  • Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, and digital graphics) in line with brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.


Digital & Events

  • Set the strategy and provide oversight for all digital marketing channels, including website (WordPress), SEO, and email marketing with dedicated team members handling day-to-day execution under the Marketing Manager's supervision.
  • Direct social media strategy and editorial standards; supervise team members responsible for content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting (UTMs, engagement, conversions).
  • Lead tradeshow and event strategy, asset preparation, vendor coordination, shipping, lead capture, and post-event follow-up and reporting.


Operations & Administration

  • Manage marketing operations including budget tracking, POs, vendor invoices, asset libraries, and campaign reporting to ensure smooth and accountable execution.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed.
  • Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and external visibility.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience; energy, power, industrial, or technology sectors strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and programs with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong design instincts and fluency with brand guidelines, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website content management.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at building relationships across departments and seniority levels.
  • Self-motivated with high ownership mentality and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX; occasional travel required (~10-15%).
