Summary:


In this role, you will support channel marketing, business partner communications, and event-related marketing activities. You will coordinate marketing requests, manage asset workflows, support event execution, and help ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards and client needs. You will collaborate across teams to facilitate communication, maintain project organization, and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing requests, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and status updates.
  • Support the creation, organization, review, and delivery of marketing assets on behalf of business partners, including collateral, presentations, email copy, newsletters, event materials, and partner communications.
  • Gather inputs, route feedback, manage revisions, track approvals, and ensure assets are completed on time.
  • Support event marketing needs, including promotional materials, attendee communications, signage, collateral, logistics support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, communication schedules, event trackers, asset libraries, project plans, and shared team resources.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, events, sales, operations, and business partner teams to support campaign execution and channel activation.
  • Help ensure marketing materials follow brand standards, messaging guidelines, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
  • Assist with basic reporting related to channel marketing activities, event support, asset usage, and campaign engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, asset management, and team communication.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience required.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, event support, channel marketing, healthcare, technology, or a related field preferred; internships or academic project experience may be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across stakeholders, track follow-ups, and keep projects moving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, presentation tools, spreadsheets, shared document platforms, project management tools, and basic reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, partner meetings, or promotional campaigns preferred.
  • Collaborative, proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.
