Fred Beans Automotive Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Associate to join our Parts Distribution Center team.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Automotive or parts experience is helpful, but strong customer service and communication skills are what matter most.
Schedule
Monday through Friday - Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexibility within our Monday through Friday operation, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility in their hours.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as an important point of contact for our customers and help ensure they receive the service and support they need. Responsibilities include:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiries
  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
  • Assist customers with parts orders, availability, order status, and delivery-related questions
  • Research and resolve customer concerns or order discrepancies
  • Communicate with warehouse, delivery, and other Parts Distribution Center team members to resolve customer needs
  • Accurately enter and update information in company systems
  • Follow up with customers when additional research or assistance is needed
  • Build positive working relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Help identify solutions when issues arise and know when to involve a supervisor or manager
  • Assist with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed
