Summary:
The Marketing Associate supports LSPI's marketing activities across key digital platforms, including the customer portal, websites, and social media, and coordinating projects and ongoing improvements across marketing tools and processes. This role works under general supervision of the Manager, External Marketing, and partners cross-functionally to support enhancements, maintain and streamline marketing assets, support content development and approvals, track budgets, and support efficient execution of marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent and effective brand presence.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day customer service activities for LSPI's online customer portal. Work closely with the product owner to support achievement of objectives by identifying and recommending improvements to the portal, coordinating enhancements and supporting processes.
  • Support project coordination and process improvement efforts by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and identifying and recommending opportunities to improve efficiency within marketing and communications activities.
  • Support and coordinate portal improvement activities, helping ensure alignment with priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Internally coordinate and support LSPI's customer portal by gathering input, documenting requirements, testing enhancements, and working with the product owner, IT, and stakeholders to support implementation.
  • Support and coordinate efforts to maintain and improve the organization and use of our marketing materials and asset library in coordination with key stakeholders. Ensure materials are well organized and easy to find and use.
  • Work with internal teams to create new marketing materials and assets, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing communications strategy.
  • Coordinate defined approval processes and related operational activities, related to new materials, assets, and vendor-supported items as needed.
  • Support ongoing improvements and maintenance for LSPI's websites in coordination with the Manager, External Marketing Communications and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate execution of the company's social media communications, including maintaining a social media calendar, creating posts, and monitoring social media for mentions of the company
  • Maintain the company's library of photography assets, including associated documentation.
  • Track and maintain the external marketing communications budget, including monitoring expenditure and preparing basic reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience applying marketing strategy to various types of marketing materials from sales collateral to promotional items to events
  • Experience managing deliverables with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, preferably related to marketing materials and/or software products
  • Experience supporting development and coordination of marketing and communications materials across multiple channels
  • Exposure to coordinating marketing or communications-related processes or systems (e.g., content, assets, or digital platforms)
