Reports to: Logistics Coordinator


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Logistics Coordinator with tracking, pickup, and delivery of inbound goods: including, but not limited to working directly with Customer Broker's Traffic Teams, Customers' forwarders, and/or express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
  • Assist with collecting and preparing information for the submission of claims on lost and damaged shipments.
  • Assist the Logistics Department in tracking, reporting, and filing documents relating to incoming shipments and customs regulations.
  • Assist the Logistics Department in the review and approval of billing through Yooz.
  • Assist the Logistics Department in preparing training and support for other Logistics initiatives.
  • Preparation of reports and metrics for Logistics daily operations and projects to be reported to the Trade Compliance and Logistics Manager monthly.
  • Develop, document and maintain appropriate processes for Logistics Library.
  • Working with Sales and Supply Chain teams on on-time processing initiatives.
  • Participate in varied projects covering all aspects
