LIBRARY DIRECTOR

The Town of Monmouth is seeking an experienced library professional to serve as Director of the Cumston Public Library, a vibrant, rural, municipal library. The position of Director requires experience with administrative practices; proficiency with technology; experience with budget and strategic planning; the ability to plan and coordinate the work of others and to work well with public officials and community organizations. Enthusiasm, flexibility, self-motivation, and a commitment to public service are essential. Working under the guidance of the Board of Trustees and the Town Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our professional yet warm and welcoming community space.
