Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing structured interviews and validated screening tools to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies suited to each individual's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring the use of therapeutic techniques that foster client engagement and resilience.
• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to integrate care pathways, ensuring clients receive holistic and cohesive support.
• Provide psychoeducation and engage families in the therapeutic process, empowering them to be active participants in their loved one’s recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and confidentiality in alignment with both ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist at Cure Care, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mood disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, preferably with specialized training in managing a variety of disorders.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience
