What is a lending manager?

A Lending Manager is a financial professional responsible for overseeing a team that processes and approves loan applications for individuals or businesses. Lending Managers also set lending policies, monitor loan performance, and provide guidance to loan officers. Their goal is to minimize risk while helping clients secure financing that meets their needs.

Regular team meetings and open communication are essential, as the Lending Manager ensures all documentation is complete and regulatory requirements are met.
