Position Overview:
JRG Partners, a recognized leader in legal executive search, is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Search Consultant to drive and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes spearheading strategic business development initiatives, expanding new business, and enhancing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the legal landscape, have a rich network of legal professionals, and be adept at using contemporary sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems, and more to connect exceptional talent with our prestigious High Capacity Global, National, Regional, and local legal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Search and Acquisition:
    • Utilize advanced recruitment methodologies to identify top legal talent, from junior roles to partner positions.
    • Tap into our extensive network and proprietary databases, and leverage digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems, email outreach, zoom info, and more for candidate sourcing.
  2. Screening and Evaluation:
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews to gauge candidates' technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate closely with client firms to grasp their exact requirements, ensuring only the most suitable candidates are forwarded.
  3. Placement and Onboarding:
    • Oversee the negotiation and offer process, stepping in as a mediator when required.
    • Ensure a smooth transition and integration of candidates into client organizations, providing continued support during the onboarding phase.
  4. Client Relations and Business Development:
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, continually catering to their recruitment needs.
    • Drive business development by identifying new avenues for service, expanding client base, and nurturing house accounts to enhance revenue.
    • Present JRG Partners' extensive services and capabilities to prospective clients.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed on legal market dynamics, emerging roles, and regulation shifts.
    • Provide clients and candidates with insights and recommendations, ensuring they're well-informed about the legal industry's evolution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Juris Doctor or another pertinent advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in legal recruitment or a closely related domain.
• Pronounced network within the legal sector.
• Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently and adhere to stringent deadlines.
