Responsibilities
  • Lead, modernize, and grow a portfolio of federal records management contracts.
  • Accountable for contract execution, portfolio performance, client confidence, and staff performance.
  • Stabilizes and improves contract and portfolio performance using disciplined program management practices.
  • Maintains a portfolio-level view of delivery health, including priorities, resources, and financial performance.
  • Earns trustedโ€‘advisor status with federal clients by translating records and compliance requirements.
  • Expands contract portfolio and helps bring in new contracts through consultative engagement.
  • Modernizes records management delivery by integrating NARA requirements and performance analytics.
  • Builds a highโ€‘performing team culture with clear roles, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, information management, library/information science, records management, public administration, legal studies, data management, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years managing federal programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing federal government contracts.
  • Experience applying portfolio management practices.
  • PMP certification, or active progress toward PMP.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal records management requirements.
  • Working knowledge of FOIA and Privacy Act operations.
  • Working knowledge of litigation support or eDiscovery concepts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how records management intersects with ERM/EHR platforms.
  • Proven consultative client presence with the ability to brief executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
