- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, communications, and presentations to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate day-to-day information governance and records management tasks.
- Oversee billing matters, including processing prebills, addressing attorney questions, and ensuring final bills are delivered timely.
- Organize and monitor assignments within the firm's workflow tool, including time entry and expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) and Legal Executive Assistants (LEAs), providing guidance and delegation on various projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties through professional email and voice correspondence.
- Experience: You possess a minimum of two years of administrative experience specifically within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Education: You hold a High School Diploma or GED; however, a Bachelor's degree in legal studies or business administration is preferred.
