Our busy legal firm is looking for an efficient, organized legal assistant who notices small details, stays organized without being reminded, can confidently run a front office, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things moving, and doesn't wait to be told what to do- you see it and handle it; then we are looking for you.

• Confirm court dates, client compliance, and other administrative tasks without needing reminders.
Qualifications
• Prior law firm or legal admin experience strongly preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (or ability to learn quickly);
• Professional appearance and demeanor;
• Strong sense of urgency and reliability;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
• Typing speed of 47 WPM+ given preference.
